Pale Coneflower - Echinacea pallida

The "Pale Coneflower" is the cousin of famed Purple Coneflower, and often the "echinacea" used in medicinal preparations.

A Long-time favorite of Native Americans in treating snakebite.

Millions of Americans now use echinacea daily in tablet and other forms to ward off colds and flus and support the immune system.

(Medicine is made from all parts of the plant, mostly, the roots are ground up for processing.)

Benefitual to pollinators, attracts butterflies, birds, native bees.

Seeds left over winter are a food source for birds and small animals.

Low Maintenance good for Cut Flowers, Fragrant, Mass Plantings.
