Annual Reforestation Tree & Shrub Sale going on now!
If the online store is open, you can still order while supplies last. Updated daily.

Order pick-up April 23 & 24 8am to 6pmand April 25 8am-1pm. 
Pick up Location: Tomlinson Barn Education Center, 814 E. Olson Rd. Midland, MI


Be a tree sale Volunteer! There are still slots available for folks who love trees and who enjoy hanging out with other people who love trees. Volunteers receive a $5 credit towards trees, shrubs or plants for every hour of volunteer work. Snacks and water provided!
Email us to get on the list. Blast of needs going out 4/15. 


Reminder native plants have a separate pick-up date. 
Pre-order now while supplies last.

We are working on a Backyard conservation workshop for May also.

4th ANNUAL- Free Fishing Day Event- Saturday June 6, 2026. 9am-1pm
Looking for groups to join us, share your passion, sports, clubs, hunting clubs, groups willing to set up and share, all we ask is you supply a door prize and some fun!
​An activity or game.

Location: Stratford Park 3922 E. Ashman ST. Midland, MI. 4
Free for all, learn to fish, Vendors, games, family friendly activities, FREE PIZZA!


​REGENERATIVE Agriculture - What's the BUZZ??
We are working on 2 workshops; details are coming soon! Save these dates. 
June 24, 9am to 1pm, and August 25 5pm to 8pm
Food will be provided, we will have experts from NRCS, MDARD, MSU to talk about programs.
Producers and landowners are encouraged to come and share their experiences, ask questions and learn.

4th Grade Rural Education Day  - September 15, 2026. 9am-2pm.
Location: Midland Antique Engine Club 3226 S. Meridian Rd. Merrill, MI. 
Open to all 4th Grade Classes, Must Register for this event as space is limited.

Tomlinson Barn Education Center - Education & Outreach facility. 
Open May1-Oct.31.  Location: 814 E. Olson Rd. Midland, MI. 48640
Bring your group by appointment. We can create a learning experience just for you!
Summer learning series includes education on creating a food forest, companion planting,
regenerative agriculture, beekeeping, seed saving, winter seed sowing, founding farmers of Midland County. Backyard conservation.
Property clean up days, help create wildlife habitat areas, help maintain areas.
We are working on a schedule and it will be posted soon.

Tractor Treat- DATE To be determined.

Trick 0r Treating, Tractors, hayrides face painting, pedal pulls, games and FUN!
Vendors or families, businesses, welcome to set up a station of FUN.
